Does anyone have a taper for an E.C. Powell 9' 3 piece 4 wt? If so would you please post it. (Jon Holland)

I found a Powell 3 piece rod that looks like a 4 wt in the Herter's Tapers on Reed Curry's site.

The original should look like this with adjustments made for under ferrules and tips etc. given in 6" settings.
